PLUG & PLANT – FROM THE HEART OF THE FOREST

Your
Story.
A seed, a pot, soil of millennia-old knowledge – and you. All included. Simply get started.

Mycorrhiza — the Fungal Network
Fungi connect the roots of different trees into a common network. Mother trees supply young shoots with sugar — biological solidarity for 400 million years. When pests attack, trees warn each other through the fungal network.
Connection: Like neuronal synapses in the brain — only underground, made of fungi.
Fibonacci & the Fingerprint
The Fibonacci spiral appears in tree rings, flower heads, snail shells — and in human fingerprints. The same mathematics. The same growth principle. We are creatures of this nature. Not a metaphor — a law of nature.
Meinwoody: Raising a seed = watching the law of nature at work.
Terpenes — the Invisible Language
Every plant produces unique terpenes — chemical messages: attracting pollinators, repelling enemies, informing neighbors. Lavender linalool measurably lowers cortisol. "I can't stand the smell of it" is not a metaphor — it's biochemistry.
Permaculture: Every plant pass includes companion planting recommendations — because nothing grows alone.
✦ THE SECRET OF COMBINATION
Plants in a Team. Your Body Says Thank You.
What was folk wisdom then, science confirms today: plants enhance each other. Some nutrients only become truly available through the right partner. We call this a bioenhancer — and each of your plant passes contains this knowledge.
LEVEL 1 · SIMPLE
Fat makes carrots strong
Beta-carotene is fat-soluble. Carrots cooked with a splash of olive oil: 50–60% available instead of 10–20% raw. The oil is not a luxury — it's the key.
🥕 Carrot + Olive Oil
LEVEL 2 · SYNERGY
Parsley Power for Lentils
Vitamin C from parsley and bell peppers converts plant-based iron into soluble complexes — absorption up to 3x higher. Lentil salad + parsley + lemon = natural iron tablet.
🌿 Lentils + Bell Pepper + Parsley
LEVEL 3 · BIOENHANCER
Turmeric needs pepper and fat
Piperine inhibits the breakdown of curcumin in the intestine. Result: up to 20 times higher bioavailability. The golden trio: turmeric + pepper + oil.
🌿 Turmeric + Pepper + Fat
✦ URBAN BIOENHANCER ATLAS
Your balcony is a pharmacy. Your kitchen is the laboratory.
Parsley enhances iron absorption. Basil turns tomato sauce into a nutrient booster. Rosemary and berries form an antioxidant team. Each plant pass shows with whom your plant works best.
