Degradability under forest conditions

The degradability of the materials of the ARBOBLEND growth cover and cable ties was successfully tested over several years under forest conditions in contact with the ground. Due to the natural ingredients, the materials are completely metabolized by microorganisms without producing microplastics. Our goal is to ensure that no waste is left in the forest.

Environmentally friendly mining

The environmental compatibility of the mining was ensured using various and independent ecotoxicity tests according to OECD 207 and OECD 208 in the laboratories of the Hohenstein Institute.

Four easy steps to building your growing cover

1. Easy transportation

Thanks to their low weight, several growth cases can be easily brought into the area of ​​use.

2.Shaping

Press the tabs into the openings provided to transform the flat growth shell into its cylindrical working form.

3. Preparation of cable ties

Guide the cable ties through the corresponding openings and tighten them loosely.

Note: Ideally, prepare several growth sleeves up to this step so that you can then attach them efficiently to the seedling.

4. Fixation on the seedling

Position the growing cover over the seedling. Thread the cable ties through the support rod and tighten them. In this way, the growth cover is securely held in its round shape and attached to the rod.

Indoor climate

The closed body creates an indoor climate that promotes growth. Ventilation holes create a chimney effect and prevent plants from overheating.
